PHC on Brewing TV at NHC

At the 2010 National Homebrewers Conference, Brewing TV did some filming at Club Night.  Dave Trautmann of the PHC is featured in the static picture for the episode (right) and you can see the PHC table for Club Night and the 'Wheel of Beer' at around the 20:15 point in the episode and President Tony Huseby a bit later pouring his own beer and tasting.  They got to pull their own Ordinary Bitter off the beer engine and they liked it so much that they asked for Nancy and Tom's recipe to be include on their site.

DRAFT says Best Beer in ND is from PHC

In the July/August 2009 issue of DRAFT Magazine, their 50 Beers, 50 States article picked the best beer in each state, and for North Dakota, the best beer was PHC Homebrew: link

North Dakota
Fargo, N.D.
Prairie Homebrewing Companions homebrew

There are officially no microbreweries left in the entire state of North Dakota -- good thing the American Homebrewers Association-affiliated Prairie Homebrewing Companions keep the art alive at meetings every second Wednesday of each month, where visitors can sample award-winning beers and member Susan Ruud’s famed meads

Iron Chef, Homebrew Style

The Prairie Homebrewing Companions were once again featured in the November/December 2006 issue of Zymurgy.  The Last Drop article on the last page was written by PHC's Susan Ruud and featured the Iron Chef competition the club held this past summer at the club campout.
